Very very nice staff ensures you spend a FANTASTIC time here. The rooms are bright and fairly quiet with a queen size bed, everything is good. The breakfast is very good and excellent served with every taste and also omelets.

Location: the hotel was right by all the attractions, Berlin and a good area with plenty of restaurants. The guest room was extremely spacious with really good water pressure, the bedroom, as example.

Great bars and restaurants around the area. Subway and city lines very near. Our room was fantastic, feel like in a movie. The staff is great, ready to help anytime. Breakfast is delicious. Wifi in all areas.
No comments. Don't be affraid of the "girls" working outside on the street. They won't talk to you, unless you want it.

The street where's it's located have quite to offer (things to see, places to eat, close to main transports). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a clean look and a nice decoration. The breakfast it's not huge but it has everything you need for a good meal and it was included on the price. The wi-fi coverage and speed is also good.
The bedroom windows, even with a blackout curtain, don't cover all the light and if you don't have heavy sleep, you can wake-up early. Although being a calm hotel, you can still hear some noise.

The staff is usually very helpfull and obliging.
I think that the rooms are quite small and beds are extremly hard, I would not use the hotel for a longer stay. I slept badly the first night, but could get two more pillows later to compensate for the bed. One of the receptionists was unpolite when one of my friends called and asked to put the call through. This was denied twice. Check-out time at 1100 hours is too early.

Friendly staff. Ideal location for sightseeing and nightlife. Excellent quality price/ratio. I was two times in Berlin, always the same hotel, and I think that even repeat the experience.
Nothing to report ..... maybe the air conditioning but, I was never at the hotel.

Great location: right next to Tacheles and the Old Synagogue, a stone's throw from Friedrichstrasse, a 10 minute walk to Hackescher Markt and Museum Island. I would call it a simple boutique hotel: everything was new, simple and functional but very elegant, real designer Berlin. Breakfast was wonferful, and served at a long communal table. The staff were very nice. Excellent value for money.
This is hardly worth writing about, but there wasn't much storage/closet space in the hotel room, so anyone staying for longer than two nights and/or travelling with more luggage might find it difficult to hang things up, etc. As many previous reviewers say, there were a couple "ladies of the night" outside the hotel (in general on Oranienburgerstrasse), but they were no bother -- the area did not feel seedy at all.
